Residents with regular Friday pick-ups are advised to put out their trash as usual. A Tropical Storm Warning remains in effect for areas including the City of Suffolk. Tonight, northeast wind 9 to 14 mph increasing to between 15 and 20 mph. Winds could gust as high as 39 mph. Expect winds to peak around 3 a.m. New rainfall amounts of less than a tenth of an inch.
